Step into a six‑workshop leadership journey built for line managers who want to lead with clarity, confidence and real impact. You’ll move from understanding your own leadership style to communicating with gravitas, turning strategy into practical team plans, and handling the conversations that shape culture and performance. Along the way, you’ll build a coaching toolkit to grow and retain talent, and you’ll leave with a focused 90‑day roadmap—supported by peer learning and built‑in accountability—so the programme doesn’t just inspire you, it changes how you lead.

How it works

The programme runs across six one-day workshops, supported by mentoring between sessions. You’ll create and refine a personal development plan as you go, then complete the programme with a group presentation and graduation. The course includes a pre start discovery session and a 360 feedback assessment.

  • 2. Strategy, Planning & Organisational Design: Translate organisational direction into team priorities, using strategic frameworks, OKRs, and a practical 90‑day plan.
  • 3. Communication, Gravitas & Speech Writing: Build presence and influence through clear message structure, stronger delivery, and practical speaking and writing tools.
  • 4. Managing Difficult Conversations: Gain a structured, human approach to feedback, conflict, and performance conversations—so you can address issues early and well.
  • 5. Coaching, Developing & Retaining Talent: Practise coaching (GROW), delegation, and development planning to stretch capability and keep your best people.
  • 6. Your Authentic Journey — Review & Future Planning:  define your leadership brand, and commit to a 90 day action plan with accountability.
